Shloka- दुःखेष्वनुद्विग्नमनाः सुखेषु विगतस्पृहः। वीतरागभयक्रोधः स्थितधीर्मुनिरुच्यते॥
A simple, yet insightful mantra, this one translates to – ‘One whose mind remains undisturbed between misery, who does not crave for pleasures, and who is free from attachment, fear, and anger, is called a sage of steady wisdom.’

This mantra explains how anger can cloud a person’s judgement and lead to actions that they will regret later. And so, it is very important to stay calm when situations like these arise and it is only a calm and composed person who achieves a state of steady wisdom.
